Job Mission 🚀
As our Backoffice Specialist, you work closely with the support team and get a front-row seat to how Tibber’s energy deal works in practice. You’ll be hands-on across core processes like customer sign-ups, market communication, meter data, invoicing, payments, and debt collection - helping make sure daily operations run smoothly behind the scenes, for both our teams and our customers!
What you'll do ✅
Work closely with the support team to handle backoffice cases across the full energy deal, from customer sign-ups to payments and invoicing.
Navigate and connect different operational processes such as market communication, meter data handling, and debt collection.
Help keep operations up to date as market rules and requirements evolve.
Bring structure and clarity by documenting processes, cases, and learnings.
Contribute to strong operational performance by spotting issues early and helping improve how things are done.
What we're looking for⚡
Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field, where supporting customers has been a natural part of your role.
A customer-first mindset, you come across as empathetic and solution-oriented.
A well-trained eye for troubleshooting, with an analytical and effective approach to problem-solving.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a technology-driven environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with near-native or fluent proficiency in German (for customer communication) and fluency in English (company language).
It’s a bonus if you have some knowledge of the energy market, have worked with Intercom, and (of course) are interested in sustainability and energy efficiency.
