Your mission is crystal clear: empower private customers needs throughout Sweden with expert guidance on batteries, including the Homevolt battery, and other tailored solutions such as Solar PV, that perfectly fit Tibber's customers. You will play a pivotal role in the sales journey, ensuring top-notch service and aligning energy solutions seamlessly.

Responsibilities⚡⚡️
- Engage & Convert: Proactively reach out to new and returning customers via email and phone, focusing on existing leads.
- Product Expertise: Present Homevolt products confidently and clearly, showcasing their benefits.
- Strategic Initiatives: Lead offline strategies, creatively showcasing products at events, fairs, webinars, and more.
- Guidance: Navigate customers through a seamless sales process, delivering exceptional service standards.
- Team Contribution: Actively contribute to Tibber's growth, supporting a dynamic sales team.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation in sales strategies and product offerings continually.
Who are you⚡⚡️
- Proven Track Record in Solar, Battery, and Heat Pump Sales: You've successfully sold solar, battery, heat pump solutions or similar particularly in B2C settings.
- Ability to Articulate Complex Products Clearly to Customers: You can explain technical details clearly and show the benefits of energy solutions effectively.
- Quick-Thinking and Adaptable to Diverse Customer Needs: You're adept at adapting to various customer requirements swiftly.
- Results-Driven Mindset with a Focus on Achieving Sales Targets: You're focused on achieving and surpassing sales goals.
- Excellent Communication Skills in Both Swedish and English: You're proficient in Swedish and English, ensuring clear communication with customers and colleagues.

Location and Work Environment This role is available either as a hybrid or fully remote position, offering flexibility to work from anywhere in Sweden while collaborating closely with our vibrant team.
