As a fullstack engineer in the Commercial Engineering space, you’ll play a key role in enabling our commercial organisation to leverage technology to reach our customers - potential or existing.

What you'll do ✅

Join the ranks of our Commercial Engineering crew - a group of talented engineers owning and maintaining our tech stack supporting eCom, Growth, our AI assistant and the Tibber website. Together with peers and stakeholders, you will craft cross-functional solutions, tying eCommerce, AI, and our user experiences together.

What we're looking for⚡

You are driven by impact and used to fast-paced environments, and you thrive when given clear goals and high accountability. We believe you'll be a great fit for this team if you:

• Have solid experience in event-driven systems and backend development

• Want your work to look good - you don’t have to be a designer or pixel wizard, but you are comfortable working with experienced designers

• Come with experience from eCommerce or Growth projects

• Know your way around modern AI tools and standard generative AI models and can demonstrate learnings from AI intensive projects

• See yourself as a Swiss army knife rather than a very niche tool

• Are a genuine team player - prioritising team success and outcomes over your own personal goals

• Feel comfortable around technology such as Javascript, Node, NextJS, Kubernetes, Kafka and standard AWS stacks.
