Job Mission 🚀

As Corporate Strategy Analyst, you will turn external insight into strategic direction. Your mission is to turn Tibber’s bold ambitions into financially sound, high-impact decisions by challenging assumptions, pressure-test investments, and bring clarity in moments of uncertainty.

You’ll analyse market dynamics, competitive moves, emerging technologies, and expansion opportunities to guide Tibber’s long-term priorities - ensuring we invest in the right bets and stay ahead of industry shifts.

You’ll work closely with leadership across Strategy, Product, and Growth, while partnering with Finance for financial validation - but your core responsibility is strategic direction, not financial performance tracking. By translating complex market dynamics into actionable guidance, you enable Tibber to scale faster, allocate capital smarter, and accelerate the transition to smarter, more sustainable energy consumption.

What you'll do ✅

Market Intelligence & Competitive Dynamics

• Conduct deep analysis of energy markets, competitors, regulation, and technology trends

• Track changes in market and competition landscape to identify threats, risks and opportunities

• Develop scenario planning and long-term market outlooks

Strategic Prioritisation

• Evaluate strategic options across markets, products, and partnerships

• Support long-term portfolio prioritisation and capital allocation discussions

• Identify new growth arenas and partnership opportunities

Strategic Initiatives

• Lead and support strategic business initiatives

• Build high-level business cases to guide strategic decisions

• Support M&A screening, market entry strategy, and partnership evaluation

Executive Decision Support

• Prepare C-level strategy materials and board insights

• Translate complex market dynamics into clear strategic narratives

What we're looking for⚡

We believe you’re a curious and analytical problem-solver with a strategic mindset and the ability to have a holistic and forward looking perspective. You’re driven by impact, and you likely bring;

• Background in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, market intelligence, or investment analysis

• Strong ability to analyse markets and competitive landscapes

• Strong business acumen and commercial understanding

• Structured thinker comfortable with ambiguity and long-term horizons

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive audiences

• High ownership and ability to operate independently

• A collaborative, proactive, and outcome-oriented approach

• Fluency in English

Experience in subscription-based, product-led, or multi-market businesses is a strong plus, as well as exposure to pricing, unit economics, or growth-related analysis.
