Job Mission 🚀
As a B2B Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in accelerating Tibber’s growth by enabling installers and wholesalers globally. By translating complex energy and hardware products into clear, practical, and scalable marketing assets, you will directly support Tibber’s mission to enable smart energy use at scale.
What you'll do ✅
Own and develop Tibber’s global installer and wholesaler marketing strategy
Translate technical product features into clear, installer friendly value propositions
Work autonomously with end to end ownership, from idea to delivery
Create Installer focused marketing material such as videos, images, expo material, installers guides
Own marketing topics with our OEM partners
Work closely with: E-commerce (primary team), central marketing and product and hardware teams
Contribute with ideas to the development of in-app features and flows that help convert customers and support installer-led sales of Tibber hardware
Work data driven by defining success metrics for assets and in-app initiatives. Following up performance and adoption using available data.
What we're looking for⚡
You’re driven by impact and comfortable owning both strategy and execution. You enjoy building things from scratch, turning complexity into clarity, and using data to guide your decisions. You thrive in fast paced environments with high ownership and clear accountability. We also believe you:
Have solid experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or partner/enablement marketing, owning both strategy and execution
Are hands-on and comfortable producing marketing assets yourself (toolkits, guides, decks, videos, documentation)
Have experience working with technical or physical products, and enjoy translating complex features into clear value propositions
Are comfortable collaborating with product teams and contributing to in-app features or flows that support conversion
Work data-driven, following up actions with metrics and insights rather than opinions
Are fluent in English and comfortable working in a global role.
