Job Mission 🚀
As an experienced Data Analyst focusing on Acquisition and Activation, you will enable our Marketing team to make data-driven decisions.
You’ll surface opportunities, analyse effectiveness of initiatives, deliver quantified recommendations, and build interactive data products that directly influence the efficiency of our marketing investments.
What you'll do ✅
Partner with Marketing, Data Science and Finance teams to design and implement robust campaign and performance measurement frameworks, including multi-touch attribution and marketing mix models, establishing trustworthy LTV:CAC per channel
Conduct structured experiments (e.g. incrementality, geo-experiments, holdouts) to optimise marketing spend, improve ROI, and direct strategic planning.
Work closely with MarTech / CRM to establish and measure propensity scoring, churn prediction and lifecycle initiatives.
Become the go-to-person for Marketing stakeholders including channel managers, campaign managers, and Product Marketing when it comes to data related questions and measurement strategy.
Work with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to develop actionable dashboards in ThoughtSpot & Databricks, providing a holistic view of marketing performance, enabling data-driven decision-making and budget planning.
Support target-setting processes, ensuring stakeholders have clear data to back goals that drive efficiency and growth.
Advocate for, and educate the marketing team on best Business Intelligence practices and innovations that will elevate our ways-of-working.
What we're looking for⚡
4+ years of experience within the Marketing Analytics, or BI field, ideally with a focus on acquisition strategies and effectiveness measurement.
Proven experience in marketing budget allocation, target optimisation and attribution modeling.
Strong analytical skills - you’re comfortable exploring large datasets, building clear narratives with data, and applying statistical reasoning to business problems.
As an outstanding communicator, you can translate complex findings into simple, actionable insights and are confident working with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven proficiency in SQL for data analysis, (Python or statistical tools e.g., Pandas, is a plus) with strong experience in building clean and meaningful dashboards in data visualization tools like ThoughtSpot.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments, you have strong organisational and time management skills - an ability to prioritise and work independently is essential.
