About the Role:

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Specialist – Customs & Compliance (m/f/d) to make sure our products flow smoothly across borders while meeting all the necessary regulations. In a world of over 27,000 EU rules impacting consumer electronics, we need an expert who can navigate the complexities of customs, product compliance, and sustainability regulations. If you love solving complex puzzles, mitigating risk, and keeping operations running like a well-oiled machine, keep reading!
Why this role matters: As we grow, navigating evolving international trade and compliance requirements is crucial. Your expertise will ensure our operations are efficient, compliant, and ready for future expansion.

What You’ll Do:

• Owning customs compliance and trade regulations across all Tibber markets.
• Ensuring smooth and compliant import/export operations while avoiding unnecessary costs.
• Keeping us on top of ever-changing EU regulations (ICS2, GPSR, EPR, WEEE – you get the idea!).
• Collaborating with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Supply Chain) to mitigate risks and optimize processes.
• Managing classification of goods, duty optimization, and Free Trade Agreement compliance.
• Supporting sustainability efforts by ensuring responsible product lifecycle management.
• Proactively managing the inbound flow of goods to our warehouses and distribution centers, ensuring accurate and timely product data collection from suppliers and manufacturers.
  

⚡⚡️Ideal Profile

• Experience in customs compliance, import/export regulations, or trade compliance.
• Strong knowledge of EU customs laws and supply chain risk mitigation.
• A proactive mindset – you spot problems before they arise and take action.
• An analytical brain with an eye for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Experience working in consumer electronics or a similar regulatory-heavy industry (bonus points!).
• A collaborative approach – you thrive in cross-functional teams.
  
• Possession of excellent communication skills in English are crucial for this role,  Norwegian or Swedish will be a great plus.
