About the Role:

Are you ready to take your financial expertise to the next level and make an impact in a dynamic and innovative environment? We're looking for a talented FP&A Analyst to join our team in Stockholm and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our company. You'll be at the heart of our financial planning and analysis function, helping to steer the company towards growth and success. Working closely with our FP&A team and stakeholders across the organization, you'll provide strategic insights, improve financial processes, and deliver clear, impactful reports that inform key decisions at every level.

What You’ll Do:

• Shape the Story: In co-operation with the FP&A team consolidate and own the company-wide story for our monthly results to the board and executive leaders.
• Modeling and Analysis: Develop robust financial models and conduct ad hoc analyses that support key business initiatives and uncover growth opportunities.
• Reporting: Prepare company-wide reporting, comparing financial performance against forecasts, plans, and prior periods. Effectively explain results to diverse audiences, tailoring your communication from high-level overviews to detailed analyses.
• Lead Financial Cycles: Be a driving force behind the annual budgeting process, forecasting cycles, and month-end close activities. Provide actionable insights that empower informed decisions across multiple business areas.
• Business Partnering: Build strong partnerships with various departments, offering in-depth analysis of performance and trends to guide strategic decisions.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve our reporting tools, processes, and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial consolidation and reporting

⚡⚡️Ideal Profile

• Commercial Acumen: You have experience collaborating with commercial teams and are comfortable navigating business-focused challenges.
• Analytical Expertise: Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in spreadsheets and BI tools. You can quickly identify issues, recommend solutions, and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborative and Adaptable: A business-minded and open individual who thrives in cross-functional and multicultural settings.
• Organized Thinker: Highly structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to design and maintain effective processes.
• Agile and Resilient: Comfortable working on dynamic projects and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or a similar business finance role.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
