About the job

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and curious individual with a growth hacking mindset and an entrepreneurial attitude to join our team. 

As part of our marketing and growth team, you will ideate, experiment, and implement new growth strategies, and marketing tactics to boost customer acquisition and retention based on your analysis of data and insight on our customer journeys. 

You have the ability to think outside the box and devise unprecedented strategies to win new markets based on data. Your responsibilities relate to the user experience optimisation, digital marketing tools, and creating viral growth through referral marketing and other growth hacking techniques. To this end, you are responsible for the measurement, analysis, and reporting of our growth activities, and contribute towards refining our methods and systems for these. 

Responsibilities:

  • Ideate, test, iterate and optimise growth via paid acquisition
  • Launch and manage user acquisition campaigns on ad networks, search, social media platforms, and other channels
  • Analyse performance and measure ROI of all marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with design team on creative assets to maximise performance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, product, and engineering teams to develop and test new strategies based on new learnings and strategy

Who you are:

  • You are a data-driven marketer professional that combines of customer empathy with a growth mindset
  • 3+ years of experience in media buying / user acquisition / performance marketing preferably in e-commerce  
  • Experience launching, managing, and optimising advertising campaigns on social, native, ad networks, DSPs, and search directly (not through an agency)
  • Experience in running A/B tests and deriving actionable recommendations
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with advanced Excel skills for analysing data, experienced with pivot tables
  • Ability to be flexible on a day to day basis with task priority
  • Ideally, you have great written skills in Swedish or Norwegian language
  • Experience in CRM, social, and re-engagement campaigns a plus
  • Working knowledge of SQL/Tableau/Google Analytics/Tag Manager is a plus
  • Team player, that also enjoys independent work 
  • Curious and creative attitude

The Tibber team is growing fast! Our offices are located in Stockholm, Helsinki, Berlin and Førde. For us it is not an issue being in different workspaces physically, we are always connected through live streaming screens. Annually though, we do gather the work force physically doing a pop-up office – to work, explore a new city and spend time together. 

Our offices have an informal, “no shoe policy" atmosphere. Feels almost like  coming home, but what a great opportunity when it comes to showing off your slipper fashion range! The well known facts that all people are different, and far from everyone is a morning person – are the very reasons why we have quite flexible work hours. 

We are very proud of being a mission driven startup, with thousands and thousands of new users every month.
