We have tens of thousands of connected electric cars, heat pumps, and smart home devices that the Tibber platform controls for our customers in order to optimize and reduce their consumption and cost. Our growth rate has been truly amazing, and still, we’re just getting started. We’re now looking for a Customer Success Manager for our Norwegian market. Could you be the next adventurer to join our team?

About The Job 

As a Customer Success Manager for the Norwegian market you will be hands on in our processes in order to increase customer satisfaction and retention. Together with the team you will define how we measure customer success and be a key player in setting initiatives live. You will get in-depth knowledge about Tibbers offering and work closely with the customer support team, research and development and our marketing team. You will look at the processes for how our customers are onboarded to Tibber, test out new methods, evaluate and improve them. 

In this role you will analyse friction points and incoming traffic to support. Based on this you will ensure that our customers have access to whatever information they need while together with the team, identify measures that will improve the customer experience. Based on the analysis, you will write articles to our Help center / FAQ and constantly work with improvements on the content. The position will be located in Førde. 

About you

You are passionate about excellent customer experience and you share our vision about making the customer journey as smooth as possible. You believe that automated solutions are key, have an analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to problem solving. You have strong communication skills, an interest in tech and a curious mindset. You might have a degree in communications, marketing or similar. Actually, we don't care too much about what education you have as long as you have the right mindset. But we consider it highly meritorious if you have experience from customer success and are fluent in Norwegian and English.

Our workspace

The Tibber team is growing in a fast pace! We’re a bunch of pretty darn friendly enthusiast scattered between the locations Stockholm, Førde, Berlin and Helsinki. For us it’s not an issue being in different workspaces physically, we’re always connected through live streaming screens and video meetings. It’s like we’re actually in one big office. The only back side being there’s still no way to play a game of IRL table tennis through the screens – but we’re pretty convinced it’ll be possible in the very near future. Annually though, we do gather the workforce physically doing a pop-up office – to work, explore a new city and spend time together – It’s usually the highlight of the year.

Oh, and did we mention that we have a no-shoe policy at the office so it basically feels like coming home, when coming to work in the morning? Well, we do 😇It also enables a great opportunity when it comes to showing off your slipper fashion range 💅🏻Due to the fact that all human beings are different, we work around flexible work hours.
