Are you a hybrid between a Business Analyst and a Creative Business Strategist? If so, we are looking for you. As a Business Growth Analyst, you are part of the Tibber House of Growth & Marketing. You will be an integral part of helping us improve and find efficient ways to grow acquisitions on new subscriptions by driving creation and proposals. Some of the day-to-day (but not limited to) will include:
Collaboration and teamwork. You will work closely with our CMO (based in Oslo), trying to define and experiment with finding sustainable and profitable growth. Your other key stakeholders will be across Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Finland, and Sweden.
Capabilities to take a strategic approach and understanding. You will shape a growth strategy by combining visionary creativity with deep analysis. You will convey a sense of Tibber's complete value across position, marketing, and product.
Prioritization. Defining and prioritizing near-and long-term growth opportunities within subscriptions and helping local markets with deep diving into marketing opportunities, along with the specific missions to unlock them.
Apply proactive ways of thinking. You will be envisioning what comes next and thinking creatively about ways to generate growth through both optimizations and out-of-the-box growth hacking. For instance, how can we most effectively grow our subscriptions across the four markets we operate in?
Using your creative and analytical problem-solving skills. You will use a creative and analytical approach to identify market gaps and thus uncover new market opportunities.
Analytical proficiency. You are able to convert raw data into actionable insights in the form of dashboards and have experience working with BI tools (we are using Tableau) and writing SQL.
⚡⚡️Ideal Profile
Consultative skillset. Ideally, you should be able to bring a thoughtful and consultative approach to your day-to-day work.
Growth strategy know-how. You have participated in the creation and execution of a growth strategy. Ideally, you have more than five years of experience in marketing or/and growth or come from a consultancy background.
Autonomous and multidisciplinary working experience. You should ideally be used to working in a cross-functional remote/hybrid team environment and be able to feel confident to make decisions and execute strategies.
Referral program expertise. A proven track record of creating, proposing, and winning referral programs.
Good communication skills. Fluent or native business English (our company language) and Norwegian, Swedish, Dutch, and/or German are a plus.
Effective pitching skills. You will have to interact regularly with our CMO, app team, and product/tech user acquisition squads and will therefore have to demonstrate an ability to build and present inspiring and convincing presentations and pitches both orally and in writing.
