As the great Robert Baden-Powell (Wait, who now?👩🎨) once said: “If you make listening and observation your occupation, you will gain much more than you can by talk.” That’s exactly what the Tibber customer success team is all about: We listen to our customers, identify their needs and we translate those needs into actions! This way we strive for our customers never want to leaving us, and remain happy throughout their full customer journey. But concretely, your job will come down to this:
- Increase customer retention and loyalty: Identify dependencies within the areas of communication, (customer) tooling, backoffice processes and our overall customer support function, collaborate with the teams that are involved in making our customers happy,and execute local market tactics and communication. You got this!
- Evaluate and analyze quantitative & qualitative data for Customer success and come up with initiatives to improve them. This could be: Number of App Sessions, Power ups paired, number of referrals within a market, but also behavioral data of our customers on the web and in the Tibber app and overall feedback provided to the customer support team.
- Create reports that show progress on qualitative and quantitative KPI’s, taking these quantitative and qualitative measurements into account
- Help us increase our ratings on all relevant channels: Google, PlayStore, AppStore, TrustPilot etc.
- Remove potential bottlenecks for our customer support team, so they can their job and increase customer experience!
- Collaborate with our Storyteller and customer support team to design communication that further supports the customer journey.
- Bridge the gap between our customers and our product by signalling crucial improvement to the tech teams at Tibber!
The Customer Success Specialist reports directly into the Head of Customer Success
Ideally you are ⚡️
- A self starting project leader with 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success
- Someone with a analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into actions
- Experienced in navigating through startup/scale up environments
- Energized by customer data, communication and process efficiency
- Sufficient in the Dutch language and knowledgeable of customer nuances in the Dutch market
- Highly interested in the Energy transition
