We are looking for a creative, and data-driven marketing wizard with a growth hacking mindset to spearhead our performance marketing activities. As part of our marketing and growth team, you’ll ideate and implement strategies to drive traffic and engagement that translates into sales while building strong brand equity.
This role is for you if you are able to take a strategic approach while still not being afraid of rolling up your sleeves and making things happen. As part of our team, you will have the responsibility of day-to-day digital marketing activities, analysis of the campaign data, and improvement based on the numbers. As part of our team you will be facing tasks such as:
- Testing, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies for customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization in our multiple markets
- Analyzing and reporting campaign data for actionable insights
- Managing campaign expenses, staying on budget, and estimating monthly costs
- Developing our methods for measuring, analysing, and reporting our digital marketing activities
- Building and managing our performance marketing team
You can be located in one of our offices in Helsinki, Stockholm, or Førde.
Who you are:
- You are an experienced digital marketing professional who combines of customer empathy and creativity with a growth mindset
- You understand the different nuances, advantages and shortcomings of various online platforms and channels, and know how to utilise data in developing the channels and related content strategy.
- You have 3+ years of relevant B2C digital marketing experience from a similar position or agency. Experience with e-commerce is a plus.
- You are on top of the latest digital marketing trends, tools and KPIs
- Team player, that also enjoys independent work
- Curious and creative attitude
