🚀🚀Job Mission
To ensure we set the stage for how we work with product partners, we are now looking for a Partner Manager to join the partner team to focus on developing value propositions for integrations (power-ups) and building lasting relationships with new and existing product partners. You will ideally collaborate and build relationships with senior stakeholders at the most exciting hardware companies in the world. You essentially will be a vital part of the Tibber future as smart energy management is at the core of what Tibber offers and integrations make that happen.
Spearhead the process of securing new partnerships. From opening doors to landing new partnerships.
Represent Tibber and present value propositions to partners. You will collaborate with the partner product team to develop intelligent product integrations and commercial models.
Stakeholder management. You will be building relationships with C-level stakeholders at energy hardware manufacturers (smart homes, inverters, thermostats, heat pumps, and batteries).
Working with the Tibber organization. You will be achieving successful long-term collaborations with the partnerships.
Collaboration. You will be working with the partner team to secure long-term success with existing Partners.
Operational excellence. You will be improving the structure and overall “way of working” with our partners going forward.
⚡⚡️Ideal Profile
Passion. You are a person who is passionate about working with partners to offer exceptional product offerings.
Partnerships and business development experience. You have several years (ideally 2-3 years or more) of experience working with partnerships or business development within hardware or software companies.
Relevant industry experience. You have worked within a hardware manufacturer, or in a SaaS company.
Interest in consumer products. Your interest in piqued by EVs, heating, and smart home products.
People person. You thrive in building trusting relationships with stakeholders in partner organizations.
