About the job

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and curious individual with a growth hacking mentality and an entrepreneurial attitude to join our team. 

As part of our marketing and growth team, you will ideate, experiment, and implement  new growth strategies and marketing methods to boost customer acquisition and retention based on your analysis of data and insight on customer journeys. You will also work closely with our product team to exchange ideas and insights to make our solution more customer-centric.

Your responsibilities relate to the user experience optimisation, digital marketing tools, and creating viral growth through referral marketing and other growth hacking techniques. You are responsible for the measurement, analysis, and reporting of our growth activities, and work towards refining our methods and systems for these. 

Who you are:

  • You are a data-driven marketer professional that combines of customer empathy with a growth mindset
  • You have the ability to think outside the box and devise unprecedented strategies to win new markets based on data
  • You have marketing, technical and analytical skills and are excited to combine these skills on projects where you can make a real impact and be recognised for it
  • Ideally, you have 3+ years of relevant B2C digital marketing experience. The more you know about e-commerce and retention the better, and you’re on top of the latest digital marketing / ecom developments.
  • Team player, that also enjoys independent work
  • Curious and creative attitude
