This is the job…

The customer lead is responsible for setting the local customer strategy for the German market, and translating our local goals into the House of Customer by aligning with all the different teams. As part of the country leadership team, you will be owning and driving local customer-related projects with the support of the entire House of Customer. Responsibilities include: 

• Analyzing customer behavior, identifying and sharing customer insights with the rest of the country leadership team, planning actions, and executing improvements and untapped potential.
• Leveraging learnings from other markets, and translate them into the local customer strategy.
• Securing information flow between the Country leadership team, other Tibber Houses and the local Customer Support, Success and Experience teams.
• Prioritizing and driving strategic projects towards improving engagement with Tibber, Tibber Store sales, onboarding flows etc.

• You have worked with customer strategies in dynamic, fast-moving environments
• You are a self-starter and you lead by example
• You have a strong affinity for tech products and a curious mindset to be able to understand our target groups’ needs and feelings
• You have a very proactive way of working
• You have experience with analyzing customer data to exploit growth opportunities
• You have strong communication skills and a strategic mindset
• You are fluent in German & English
• Energy experience is a plus, not a necessity :)

The Tibber team is growing at a fast pace! Our offices are located in Stockholm, Helsinki, Berlin, Amsterdam, Oslo and Førde. For us it is not an issue being in different workspaces physically as we are always connected.
