We have tens of thousands connected electric cars, heat pumps and smart home devices that the Tibber platform controls for our customers in order to optimize, and reduce their consumption and cost. What the role entails
Since our launch in 2016, Tibber has gone from powering a few tens of homes, to several hundreds of thousands of homes today. From managing a few thousand Euros in energy credits, to billions today.
At the core of the Tibber experience is our energy deal. We’re proud to say we’ve got a tech stack that’s homegrown which allows us to innovate fast and have the most aggressive price point in the market. Leading Tibber Energy means you own the current and future evolution of our energy offer to the market. You’ll define the long term vision to make sure we can confidently reach our goal of powering 10 million homes by 2025.
We’re now looking for a seasoned product leader to take charge of the Tibber Energy product area. Your domain of ownership encompasses everything from market messaging, to billing, invoicing and payment and includes both consumption and production contracts. You’ll work closely with both finance, tech, support and our growth team to make sure we reach our goals.

You have previous experience in working with subscriptions and recurring revenue business models in the consumer space, and you’re not afraid to innovate and try new things.
You’re detail focused and pay close attention to operational KPIs to minimize issues, because you know that’s the only way we’ll scale confidently.
You’re a social team player who juggles multiple stakeholders with ease and steadily makes the best trade off for the business.
You’re an experienced leader who knows how to build teams that outperform expectations.
As a Product Area Lead you report directly to our CPO and is an essential part of making our business a success.
The Tibber team is growing in a fast pace! Our offices are located in Stockholm, Helsinki, Berlin and Førde. For us it is not an issue being in different workspaces physically, we are always connected through live streaming screens. Annually though, we do gather the work force physically doing a pop-up office – to work, explore a new city and spend time together.
We work passionately with sustainability and a circular approach, both with our own products and in the entire ecosystem that is affected with everything we do.
Aside from making the world a better place within serious matters as green energy and sustainability, we are playful as well!
