This is the job
The purpose of this job as a Backoffice Specialist is to both find long term solutions for and optimize our processes to reduce both external and internal issues from happening. And also working as a 2nd line to help the support team manage customer subscription errors, which means you will be the knowledge-source regarding market rules in Sweden.
As a Backoffice Specialist for the Swedish market you will work closely with the Swedish support team, the customer experience team, the engineering team as well as other parts of the company. You will get in-depth knowledge of a wide range of processes at Tibber, including customer sign-up and collecting meter data.
A part of the job is communicating with our customers and other external parties such as grid companies (for example Elevio, Vattenfall and Eon). The main goal is alway to cooperate on finding the best possible solutions for our customers and how we can improve our processes.

You have the ability to see the whole picture, how things align and anticipate the consequences of your actions and have the interest and eye for details. You are creative in finding new solutions and self-driven. You dare to think in new ways and find ways to improve existing processes. You are humble to the fact that there’s a lot going on and have experience of being the main contact for stakeholders. You are confident to work independent and self-organized, but also in a team.
We believe that you have minimum one year experience from the Swedish electricity market and that you've previously come in contact with either UTILTS, Prodat or Ediel in your work. Since you will be collaborating and communicating with internal and external partners, you are fluent in both Swedish and English. To get into this role quickly and navigate through the complexity that comes with this role we believe that you have an academic degree.
