About the job

We are looking for a creative individual with an ambitious and entrepreneurial attitude to join our team. As a part of our marketing team you will be responsible to develop, implement and execute our PR strategy for Tibber in Sweden. Proactively seek out editorial opportunities and support our spokespersons with all things related to the media.

This role will require you to be able to balance between different stakeholders in the company, always offering your support as a PR expert. You will be expected to work independently.

Given the digital company that we are, you will be able to work remotely and have a lot of freedom setting your own work hours

What will you be doing?

• Create a PR strategy together with our agency partners and PR & Communication Lead that is inline with the overall marketing and business plan.  
• Executing on the strategy – finding different ways of building thought leadership and communicating on the important topics 
• Building and maintaining good media relations
• Finding new ways for communicating and working closely with Tibbers marketing team to curate and manage our own media channels – make sure we are communicating coherently  
• Monitoring media and reacting to the arising discussions 
• Develop our data-driven communication. (Analyze data and turn insights to strategies and content for our PR activities).
•  Manage and develop a successful partnership with our agencies together with PR & Communication Lead

Who you are?

• We believe that you are a PR & Communication professional with capability for strategic thinking and 5+ years experience from working in an agency or in-house
• That you have good connections to the Swedish media
• That your willing to get your hands dirty
• You probably have experience working with a startup or a scaleup company from the past
• You enjoy working on projects in a fast paced environment 
• You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
• You can maintain an enthusiasm and calm demeanor in stressful situations 
• A person who truly loves being in contact with the media and understands media logic 
• A person who writes and speaks both Swedish and English 
• Experience working within the field of technology, energy, electronics or electric vehicles are considered a plus.
