About the Job
We are looking for an analytical, digital-savvy Web Content Manager with an ambitious and entrepreneurial attitude to join our global marketing team. This role is perfect for you who enjoy both building web strategies to getting your hands dirty in operational everyday projects. Hence, driving the storyline on tibber.com from concept to execution, and making sure that every single detail is as good as it can get.
What you’ll do
Be the Project Manager for the strategy and storyline on Tibber.com and all local versions of the website and set the vision forward.
Manage the team, set and manage goals and priorities.
Assure that content is presented in a relevant context and with the right tonality based on purpose in accordance with concept and design guidelines.
Initiate user research & steer strong UI solutions to get to a great user experience
Take responsibility for overall user experience from an editorial perspective for optimal streams and pages, considering both brand and accessibility aspects as well as conversion.
Follow-up you and your teams work with analytics data to understand and optimize performance together with the digital growth team

Who you are
Digitally oriented and analytical-driven web professional with 3+ years of experience in web and content within B2C markets, ideally on a global level
You enjoy a high pace and like to get things done. You have excellent project management skills. You are used to setting targets and striving for them
Skilled in handling Frontend-heavy topics & translating storylines into website elements that guide frontend developers and UI & UX designers
Understanding of Marketing dynamics and the importance of core web vitals as SEO
Understands how to localize a landing page from a global to a local perspective & what to base the localization on
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with relevant stakeholders
