About the job

We are looking for a data-driven and curious individual with a process loving mindset and a problem solving attitude to join our team. 

As part of our German market team, you will ideate and implement new processes and automations for our backend and customer service team. 

You have the ability to think outside the box and devise unprecedented strategies to smoothen the customer journey and make the live of our customer team as easy and efficient as possible. You are able to spot gaps and red flags in complex processes with many stakeholders. You are able to understand the needs of the different teams and create solutions based on that. You have an insatiable desire to understand why things are the way they are, how things work, and to challenge the status quo.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and implement reliable, highly automated, scalable processes across operational and customer service departments
  • Spot and eliminate bottlenecks ideally before they arise
  • Extend department structures and processes to support launch and scaling of new products
  • Be the primary contact person to manage operational relationships with 3rd party providers.
  • Work closely with our Customer and Market Communications Team to continuously improve operations by introducing new solutions and process automation.

  • A natural owner - You are super reliable and thoughtful in managing your responsibilities, you care about the outcome and quality of your work and understand the need of connected teams.
  • Results-oriented - You apply a sense of urgency to your work; you have a demonstrated hunger and ability to deliver impact.
  • A data-driven critical thinker and problem solver - You use data, logic and common sense to identify opportunities, find issues, evaluate alternatives and come up with a practical solution. 
  • An excellent communicator - You can explain and understand complex (often technical) information to and from a variety of audiences
  • A self-starter - You are comfortable working autonomously and are obsessive about producing high quality work but are not afraid to ask for help if needed. 
  • You speak German and English fluently.

The Tibber team is growing fast! Our offices are located in Stockholm, Helsinki, Berlin and Førde. For us it is not an issue being in different workspaces physically, we are always connected through live streaming screens. Annually though, we do gather the work force physically doing a pop-up office – to work, explore a new city and spend time together. 

Our offices have an informal, “no shoe policy" atmosphere. Feels almost like  coming home, but what a great opportunity when it comes to showing off your slipper fashion range! The well known facts that all people are different, and far from everyone is a morning person – are the very reasons why we have quite flexible work hours. 

We are very proud of being a mission driven startup, with thousands and thousands of new users every month. The majority of our investors are proudly represented by Tibber employees, Silicon Valley based Founders Fund, UK based  Balderton Capital and Eight Roads, Norwegian entrepreneur Petter Stordalen – and more.
